3.1. Freelancers on our platform offer their services to clients on a project basis. By hiring a freelancer, you agree to the terms specified in the project agreement, including but not limited to scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.

3.2. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any freelancer’s work. Clients are responsible for evaluating and selecting freelancers based on their own criteria.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Clients agree to pay freelancers the agreed-upon fees for completed work in a timely manner. Payment terms are negotiated between the client and the freelancer and specified in the project agreement.

4.2. We do not facilitate payments between clients and freelancers through our platform. You have to deal directly with your client regarding the payments.

5. Dispute Resolution

5.1. In the event of any disputes between users, including but not limited to disputes over payments or the quality of work, we encourage users to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication.

5.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved between the parties, we may, at our discretion, provide dispute resolution assistance, but we are not obligated to do so.

6. Termination of Account

6.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability to you.

6.2. Upon termination of your account, you will no longer have access to our platform or any data associated with your account.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

7.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be posted on our platform.

7.2. Your continued use of our platform after any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
